The first day of school is such a special moment. It blows my mind each year, how quickly the year has zoomed by and how much the kids grow and mature thorough the year. The new school year always hit me hard with how quickly the kids are growing up. These little moments only last for such a short time, but the memories can last forever.

That’s why our Back to School Portrait Sessions are all about capturing your child just as they are right now.

Whether they’re starting Prep for the first time, stepping into their final year of high school, or somewhere in between, we want to celebrate this stage of their life.

A relaxed 10 minute session designed to quick, but still fun
Included in the session is the iconic Chalkboard Photo as a digital file and a 8x6' physical print, ready for you to frame and display
We capture authentic school portraits that show off your child’s personality, available to view and purchase through the online galleries
A fun, stress-free school portrait experience that your child will actually enjoy

Sessions are held just before Term 1 starts, so your photos are ready for the first day. We keep things simple and kid-friendly, a space where your kids feels comfortable, confident, and free to be themselves.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Book your session HERE
Step 2: Gather the uniform, shoes, socks, backpack and school hat
Step 3: Attend your session
Step 4: After your session, you'll receive a link and password to your gallery to download your included chalkboard photo and view and purchase any additional photos.

FAQs

Can I include siblings? Absolutely, there is an option when booking to add a sibling for an additional fee. If you would like a cousin photograph, please book to back to back sessions.

What props are included? The props you see in the examples are all included - Chalkboards, huge pencils, large pencil, glasses, book and apple. You bring along the uniform, bag and hat.

How many backdrop changes are included? 2 - the plain full length backdrop and the map.

Do I need my child the questions for the Chalkboard print? No, we ask during the session.
